Judgment on the appeal rendered, CJ L'HD G Ia Ba Arb LeB, The appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court, number 415-36-000085-005, dated February 8, 2001, heard on January 16, 2002, is allowed in part. The judgment of the Superior Court quashing the restraint order and warrants of seizure is set aside, except in respect of the 24 motor vehicles seized without authorization. Subject to that exception, the restraint order and warrants of seizure authorized by Judge Pinard of the Court of Quebec are restored. The Chief Justice and Arbour J. are dissenting in part.
