Fleming is appointed counsel to assist mr. Walker as reasonably required including providing assistance in the preparation of the factum of the appellants and in commemting upon providing advise in connection with the factum filed by the Crown, but not to attend at the hearing of the appeal itself; (d) Messrs Fleming c and Walker are to avoid to the extent reasonably possible duplication of work as between themselves and counsel for Norman Koruz. 2. And it is further ordered that the case on appeal and, appellants' factum be served and filed on or before Dec/10/92 3. And it is further ordered that the Attorney General of Canada shall pay the fees and disbursements of Messrs Walker and Fleming according to the tarrifs of Alberta Legal Aid applicable had the appellants' for legal aid been granted. 4. And it is further ordered that the respondent's motion to withdraw the application to dismiss and for directions is granted.
