March 2015 - Posting of Memorandums of Argument on an Application for Leave to Appeal on the Court's Website

Counsel are notified that the Court will be posting on its Website the memorandums of argument filed by the parties on an application for leave to appeal where the Court has granted leave to appeal.

If a memorandum of argument contains information that cannot be posted on the Internet, a redacted electronic version must be filed by counsel within 30 days after leave to appeal is granted.  Please refer to the Guidelines for Preparing Documents to be Filed with the Supreme Court of Canada (Print and Electronic) for the applicable procedures and form.
